 ONLY FOUR IN TWENTY YEARS SERENITY" If you desire to have a One of a kind Piece of Art. Created by Mother Nature. Nothing else like this in the entire world!! Here is Serenity. Beautiful unaltered Single piece of driftwood, Columbia River Meditation Candle. Yes Driftwood is abundant in the world. But to find a single piece that will set level on your display table and allow you to place a slate top over a Liquid Paraffin fuel reservoir and not change what nature created to do this is........ Very Difficult. Very time consuming, and extremely lucky. In the twenty some Years of collecting driftwood and slate to create her creations, Geri has only found four pieces that allowed her to create such candles. We have received inquiry's on how many of these will she create? The answer is Only as many as she can find, And so far this has been FOUR. Four in twenty years of collecting driftwood from only the Columbia river region. We recently went to the Washington coast on a delivery trip and spent two days searching beaches for driftwood that would work for a series two style candle which we would have accounted for its discovery upon the coast and not on the Columbia river, We found ZERO pieces that would work. None Nada zip "0" . Looking on Web sites that sell driftwood We have not seen any pieces that will work either. These are very special one of a kind creations. Good Luck in your hunt to find them. After an entire summer of searching for wood, We found only two more single pieces of wood that were acceptable to use as bodies for our series two Driftwood and Slate candles. Enjoy! 12/16/2006 Over a year later and we were unsuccessful in our searching to find any additional single pieces of driftwood to build any additional type three candles. We continue our excursions to the lakes and water ways of Eastern Washington and North Idaho always watching for the next Series three base. We will keep you updated on our searches. Merry Christmas!!! April 28,2008 Went to Sandpoint Yesterday , The spring lake level around Pend O'reille lake is very low and a good time to search for Series II driftwood bases. No luck!!! and We were unsuccessful in our search last year as well. We later went to the Panida Theater and listened to Local performance artists, singer, songwriter, and poet Emily Baker. She had a wonderful Voice and very interesting Songs and Poems. She opened for Jim Hightower, who gave an inspiring monologue of our current political problems, and yet gave me new hope that progressives are hard at work taking our Country back from the brink.
